Winter of 2025 was a season of many new beginnings for ABF. We engaged with over 50 new inner city youth through our tennis and education partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. We had boys on our performance side compete in their first tournaments as well as others, for the first time, crack the top 100 rankings in New England out of all the tennis participants in their age group. We are also extremely excited to announce that we launched an ABF financial literacy course this winter for our older performance level students. This is something we’ve had in the works for a while and with the help of a few people who believe strongly in ABF’s mission, we were able to add a very important piece to our programming. The winter also brought new partnerships as well as solidified existing ones. We were able to ramp up our fitness programming by partnering with Pure Performance Training in Needham MA. We also partnered with tennis clubs Sportsmen’s Tennis Center as well as Wimbledon 109, to have contracted indoor access to tennis courts to run our own ABF on court programming.
